Auberge Alpine Inn

The website didn't indicate that staff aren't even at the front desk during the stay. It appears to be dependent on number of guests. Given that, this should be indicated boldly in the listing before booking.

Lovely and quiet place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We reserved a smaller room but it was still spacious and very quiet. The continental breakfast was excellent, lovely hard boiled eggs, excellent Montreal style bagels that were enough to justify a return visit. The restaurant is top notch, quiet, excellent food and service. It would be easy to never leave the property but Ste Anne has a lot to offer, especially the ski or bicycle trails on Le P'Tit Train du Nord. We look forward to being regular guests! We came looking for snow in a bad time for snow but were happy to have two days of cross country skiing despite bad conditions.

Our room did not have a closet or any furniture to store clothing but it felt roomy.

There was nothing to like.

When we arrived to check in, the place was empty, and the reception office was closed and dark. There was no one there to greet us. Supposedly an envelope with a key was left for us, but there was no visible key envelope, so we left, did not stay, and had to find another place for the night, starting near 6 PM. Overall it was a complete bust.

Auberge Alpine Inn is a raw diamond that my family and I had the chance to discover recently. We absolutely loved everything about this place: 1- The location. Only 1 hour from Montreal and 5 mns from St-Adèle downtown, yet very quiet and surrounded by an abundance of trees and nature. 2- The owners ( the gentleman and the lady at the front desk were so welcoming) 3- The lobby, with the bord games, those vintage telephones that make you time travel, the beautiful restaurant that gives an old classy European vibe, with the music from the 70. 4- The free continental breakfast which is so generous ( very good coffee, boiled eggs, cereal, toast creton, bagel, cream cheese, marmelade, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice), just amazing !! 5- The garden and its fountain and grass and picnic table looks like an impressionist painting 6- The rooms with their jaccuzi and fireplace. We can't wait to be back again!

Alpine Inn offers a patrimonial architecture specific to Quebec Laurentiens. It features, well maintained and 100 years old log houses. Great hosting as well. Well done!!

Personnel chaleureux et courtois, chambres confortables et rustiques, l’endroit parfait pour se détendre.

Absolutely lovely. A man who helped us check in, and the lady who served us the breakfast. Two of the best people that I’ve dealt with! Beautiful breakfast area with fresh food, and you would die for that coffee, as well as how gorgeously the cafeteria was designed!
