Auberge Alpine Inn

Good atmosfera however the hotel needs some renovation, specially the bathroom. Swimming pool definitely needs to be clean, very dirty.

Our family has been frequenting the Alpine Inn for 24 years. We very often bring our daughter with us. We all love it. Beautiful rooms with a fireplace and jacuzzi. It is our little home away from home when we need some downtime. Close to shopping and walking paths The owner is wonderful and so accomodating. His son Mathieu is a wonderful chef. We remember him, when he was a little boy, like our daughter, and his Dad was the chef. The restaurant and the food are exceptional. Everything about the Inn is wonderful. Hoping to get back there real soon.

Bel endroit reposant et près de bons restaurants et activités

My wife and I stayed at the Alpine Inn as we explored the Laurentians. We stayed in a nice all wood decorated room which was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. Staff was very pleasant. Everyone was respectful and maintaining social distance. Diner was fabulous but I left my Phone in the hotel room and realized my mistake when I arrived home. I notified the hotel and must give credit to the manager who took on him to send my phone and ensured a delivery and because of his action, my family has booked again in late October for another getaway I recommend this hotel strongly.

I was called by gentleman who spoke to me in a very condescending manners accusing me of vandalism in my room . When i spoke to him in a respectful manner, he accused me of leaving the room in a disorderly manner . Some pieces of wood were on the ground by the fire place which I paid at an additional charge , I was charged an extra 50$ fee for not picking up the debris . When i explain to the man that there was no broom in the room and that I’d cleaned at my utmost best I was hung up on over the phone . The auberge policy mentions that vandalism to the equipment or too Very uncooperative and disrespectful .

The place is just beautiful. The owner was just great, easy to deal with.

The supperl at the restaurant was very good (as always). The pool was nice and refreshing. The staff was very kind (owner and the staff at the restaurant). The room was nice but the walls are very thin and you could hear whatever is going on in the next room.
