No tea/coffee in room , no hairdryer, no breakfast , no bar , no restaurant, tiles cracked in bathroom - overal excellent stay ,not.

do not and I repeat do not waste your money on this place. I spent one night with a massage supper and breakfast included even upgraded for a room with a whirlpool bath. You cannot use the bath past 10 pm because the walls are so thin you hear every little thing going on in the room beside you. Tried use it but there wasn't even enough hot water to even get to the jets. The toilet just wouldn't flush. When we mentioned it at the front desk the answer was we should have waited a half hour to get more hot water.I mentioned by then it would have been past ten and wouldn't been able to use it anyway. The person at the desk said she couldn't do anything and to call the owner later in the day if we had any complaints. The massage was good and so was the supper. The breakfast isn't a breakfast it is just a continental breakfast which we had no interest in having. The choice of menu for the dinner is very limited with lots of extras. The supposed deal through Tuango is no deal at all in the end it costs just as much as the regular price or even more. Never going back.

One of our best decisions of staying here for our anniversary. We stayed here for 4 days and we thoroughly enjoyed here. The hotel was extremely beautiful and clean and the rooms we got were perfectly decorated and furnished. The best part of our stay at the hotel was their fresh food. From breakfast to dinner, everything was nutritional and top-notch. During our stay, we misplaced our key fob and were afraid of all the charges we had to pay for it but to our amazement, they not only provided us new fob but didn’t charge us extra for it. I would highly recommend them for their amazing customer service!!

The room was cozy with what you’d normally expect from a mountainous family owned resort. The staff was super-friendly and the food simply delicious!

We booked one night here during our cycling trip in one of their cabins. The cabin was very tired and in need of an update (white duvets, white duvet covers and light walls would be an easy and modern update). The bathroom had one working bulb, the hand towel was stained, the bed spreads and pillows were very old, spare blankets were left on the floor in the musty closet, the couch was very worn out and we had to cover it with a spare sheet which was ripped(?!). The cabin exterior is actually quite solid and lovely so it’s hard to understand why they wouldn’t invest in these easy updates inside. They would likely attract many more travellers since it’s such a beautiful area and there aren’t many restaurants around. The staff however was friendly and courteous and the restaurant was good. I would not recommend this place.

Extrêmement déçu. Tout est défraîchi. Odeur désagréable, sombre, sofa lamentable, lits inconfortables, pas d’air climatisé, plancher sale, murs sale, TV 21’’ seulement, réfrigérateur en fin de vie, micro-ondes sale, fenêtre à guillotine qui en tiens pas, toiles d’airaigné partout dans les fenêtres, 1 commode 3 tiroirs insuffisante pour 6 personnes, ustensiles et plats pour 4 personnes et non 6, toilette non ventilé, hotte de poêle qui évacue à l’intérieur sans filtre à charbon, stationnement à 100m du chalet, piscine avec un cerne brun tout le tour, décoration vieille de 40 ans, aucun recyclage, douche sans économie d’eau, toilette qui fuie donc bruitante. Pire endroit visité de notre vie.

Accueil chaleureux et sympatique. Accomodant. Site style rustique. Confortable. Le lit est fluffy. L'essentiel est présent dans la grande chambre. Le repas était délicieux et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour le déjeuner continental, c'était complet avec des oeufs à la coque chaud. Wow. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Ont pris soin de nos vélos pour la nuit. Nous y reviendrons. Parfait pour les randonnées à vélo sur le P'tit train du Nord.

The auberge itself is quaint and rooms were clean. Small bathrooms, but the place was built a long time ago. it's well maintained. The front office is old school, lots of by hand transactions. I booked through hotels.com for 119$ a night, then was charge 188$ for taxes and fees. I didn't notice because the math in my head would have had the price more around the 150$ range, so I booked without looking. The surprise was we were charged for an extra adult, when really it was our 8 year old daughter and we still got a standard room and she still had to sleep in the same bed as us. what is the value in charging for an extra adult for a child - she literally cost the hotel no extra. Such a scam and I will never book here again.
