Aonang Paradise Resort

Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Room service good and efficient. Breakfast included Thai, Western and Continental options. Massages sampled and we felt very refreshed afterwards. All areas of the hotel are clean and functional. Room was spacious and clean. Area is quieter than other parts of more touristy Thailand - which we liked. Local restaurants on the opposite side of the road are good and a very short walk to the beach. Building work is going on locally but didn't bother us. Overall a very pleasant stay.

From collection at Krabi airport through our stay to deposit at Krabi Airport for our excellent return on Nok Air this was a lovely trip. The hotel is so friendly and is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The area is full of restaurants and shops and is laid back and family friendly.

The overall stay was good though there were 2 blackouts during our 3D2N saty due to the thunderstorm. The electricity took awhile to come back on which made the room rather stuffy.Room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower would have been better if it was a glass door instead of shower curtain which made the floor quite wet during a shower as it could not be closed completely.

This is a friendly hotel that made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. The pool was not big but warm and clean. There was a dining area/ bar adjacent to the pool which is where we ate several times. The service was not fast but attentive and the food was always good. The hotel arranged excursions for us and transport to out of the way shops and beaches which made it easy. There were facilities which we didn't use (fitness room / Massage) but were available if required. Rooms were unusual but functional with air con and safe.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Bathroom in our room had a funny smell to it though. Nearby construction work, but you can't hee anything from it x x

The resort was well located, accessible to the food, massage, bar and convenient. We love the rooms and the design. However, the shower head and water pressur shall be look into and improvise.

firstly the hotel staff was HORRIBLE. They were rude and condescending. We had booked a suite for our honeymoon which was apparently next to a construction site that we were obviously not informed about. The air conditioning was so bad for such a hot place that we shifted to a lesser room. The staff was overtly rude throughout The new room was a broken room with the safe broken. Half the drawers were broken which the staff didn't even get fixed immediately The wifi SUCKED & the tv only had local channels I would strongly suggest against the hotel

Very kind and helpfully staff. The hotel has a unique atmosphere. The gardens and red pool are very nice. The room is spacious with modern design, however, it looks much better in the photographs online compared to reality. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Aonang beach with tons of restaurants and bars along the way.

Good location along main street, just about 10 min walk to Ao nang beach. Room was tidy and clean, spacious bathroom. Excellent service, we had left luggage and by the time we checked in again, the luggage was already inside the room
