Location, daily parking was convenient, staff was courteous.

Air condition did not work. It was tolerable now but in the heavy season would be unbearable. .

Location

Hotel is nicely appointed, modern and very clean. The balcony overlooking the rushing river is just perfect! Although fronting a busy road, we did not hear much of that. Room was lovely and comfortable. Balcony was perfect for sipping coffee and relaxing. Breakfast offered at restaurant was delicious and staff were great. Beds were very comfortable. Assigned parking was so nice. No need to worry about where to park. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Direct TV was a little spotty but most people probably wouldn't care. Might be par for the course in mountain area.

On the river

Perfect ( except hard to figure coffee machine until read directions, and hard to read what was soap without having glasses in shower…but typical of most hotels)

Love that it is right on the river and just outside the main Gatlinburg hub where you're not thrown into the busyness of everything but close enough to walk.

Nothing to complain about.

The room was so comfy and clean. I really liked just hanging out in the room and the patio was very pretty private if you aren’t standing out by the barrier.

I found some huge cobwebs up above the wooden planks from the lights to the ceiling which was about two foot high. I found dog hair on myself and I have no animals. I found a few every day and when I got home had some still…..also the heater/ac unit is struggling to run. It still kept the room somewhat comfortable but I reached out and they told me to remove the cover they built around it for decoration. It was already removed but you heard that fan struggling all night and day. They didn’t respond again and weren’t much help. The shower was nice but could have been cleaner. The walkways to your room were very slick we fell twice going up and down and was very dark and parking was very tight. You also can’t fill your own ice anywhere. Completely non smoking.

Nice place, good value, good location.

The air conditioning/Heater unit was making a loud noise and had a burnt smell so we decided not to use it. Got cold, other than that it was good
