Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel

Pretty out balcony and room was pretty

I adv heat was not throwing much out cold entire stay in hotel room. Check in terrible had to walk around outside to figure out where someone was I had to go to restaurant to find out what to do. I’m handicapped and had to walk all over to find someone. I was told I would be refunded 10% back haven’t received that I don’t feel 10% is enough for cold room making it uncomfortable should be more

The view was beautiful right by the creek, absolutely loved the fact we was within walking distance of everything.

I would say that in the winter months when guest are due to arrive have a staff member go up and turn on the heat to a medium temp such as 70 degrees. Possible place a small microwave in the room just for guest to be able to heat left overs from meals.

The view and location

The air conditioner didn't work very well and made a loud rattle that kept waking us up. The bathroom door was hard to shut, you had to push really hard. There is no office on the premises. The restaurant is very understaffed.

I ENJOY THE BALCONY IT WAS VERY PEACEFUL. THE ROOM WAS OK BUT NOT AS I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE

THE PARKING WAS VERY CLOSE BUT OK. THE COMODE IN THE BATHROOM WAS VERY LOSE NEED TO BE LEVEL. NO PITCHERS ON THE WALL. THE ROOM WAS HOT IT DIDN'T GET COOL AT NIGHT WE WOULD WAKE UP THROUGH THE NIGHT SWETTING.
