The pillows are very fluffy so if you prefer a thinner or more giving pillow, bring your own. The beds were very comfortable.

The view from our balcony was amazing and the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg.

Made a request of management that was never fulfilled, specifically, the soap dispenser was empty and never refilled even after two requests.

My wife and I celebrated our 1-year anniversary here, and we loved all the nature that was right off our room's balcony. The river along the hotel was a hotbed for different birds and wildlife, and it was very relaxing watching them do their thing. The check-in process and staff were very friendly and helpful as we navigated Gatlinburg. The Heirloom Room included breakfast and our anniversary dinner, which were fantastic, and we always left satisfied with our food. My wife and I would 100% stay here again.

The view of the river was wonderful. They had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms abd amenities, and great breakfasts.

It was dark in the room and needed better lighting, especially around the makeup mirror.
