Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel

The private balcony, in keeper were so helpful,kind and awsome. House keepers ground keepers and mantince were all wonderful. Food was so good.

Nothing, every thing was great

The location was very nice. Having a stream as a view was very nice.

The price of the room was a bit high

I was met as I pulled in, greeted by name, guided to my parking space next to our room and oriented to amenities! Our stay was private in a beautiful location - it doesn't get any better! we'll be back!

Matthew the innkeeper was so helpful. Listening to the river at night was amazing and so relaxing. The soaking tub was also wonderful and stayed hot the whole time. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

AC broken first night. Room was always muggy even after ac fixed. Smelled damp the entire stay

Mooie lokatie aan het water, buiten de gekte van Gatlinburg en Pigeon Forge. Kamer met balkon! En een uitstekend ontbijt in het naastgelegen restaurant. Het eten daar is ook geweldig goed!

Omdat we de eerste dag wilden hiken vertrekken we vroeg, om 7:00 (anders is er geen parkeerplek meer te krijgen) - je kunt echter niet eerder ontbijten dan 8:00. Onhandig! De innkeeper beloofde dat het ontbijt dan ‘s middags op onze kamer zou staan, als lunch en we konden bij hem het ontbijt bestellen. En we hebben bij hem een tafel in het naastgelegen restaurant gereserveerd. Helaas ging beide mis: geen ontbijt/lunch én geen tafeltje… Complimenten aan het restaurant die dat top heeft opgelost en een tafel buiten op de patio klaarmaakte!

Room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the terrace of the river was incredible. All staff members were so kind and professional. Breakfast was so delicious and the restaurant was beautiful too
