Kapalua Villas Maui

The breathtaking views were almost overwhelming! During my travels, I always want to feel as if I am in my home away from home. Kapalua Villas met my needs and wants in this vacation destination. Should I return to the beautiful island of Maui in the future, this is where I will stay and I will recommend the location to my friends. Thank you for helping to make a lifetime dream come true!

Beautiful grounds. Excellent villa for a big family. Very responsive staff. Everything needed for a family vacation was available. Loved the kitchen options. Some things inside were dated and needed attention: broken balcony screen, clunky toilet paper holder, the toilet had to be fixed. Nevertheless, overall it was great. The only downside was the cleaning fee of over $300. The location is next to 2 great beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

We paid a premium price for a king bed and pull out couch. We ended up buying a inflatable bed to accommodate our 2 teenagers. The daily resort fee was expensive at $42 a day. The Kapalua Villas were nice but very exclusive and too quiet for our family. We had to drive everywhere as the resort restaurants were way too expensive. Property could have used more dish towels, pool towels, a broom and dust pan, beach umbrella and chairs to borrow for the beach. Probably our one and only time visiting Maui - too expensive for families.

The villas was extremely beautiful literally only have 1 miniscule issue our toilet got clogged and the plunger was broken but other then that gorgeous and very clean!

We love this property we've stayed here before. But unfortunately this time we got a few disappointing things. There was duty utensils inside the kitchen drawers, duty glassware, duty sheets, duty pillows, amd our room had a sofabed that was so uncomfortable that my kids had to sleep on the floor.

For our first time in Maui we had a great time!

Great location, Great views, Great rooms. The property could use a little TLC, but excellent overall. We will use the property again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, nice, and had an amazing view. Private beach is always nice.

Beautiful view but unfortunately you can not sit on the balcony to see the view as the railing is a solid stucco wall. When standing, we did enjoy some whale watching and gorgeous sunsets. Front door key box was awkward. A keypad would have really been nice. Kitchen and furniture could use some updating as well as the huge water stain on the ceiling/wall. Bathrooms were ok. However downstairs toilet moved when you sat on it. Some extra toilet paper, laundry soap, salt & pepper, pizza pan and access to a vacuum cleaner would have been nice.

Location and design of units are excellent…we were disappointed with the quality and details of housekeeping when we arrived. Front desk and maintenance staff was very responsive.
