Check-in instructions given are easy to follow. Amenities described are very accurate and the views from the villa are superb! Overall, it was a wonderful experience even though it rained some few days during our stay.

Very friendly staff and the property was stunning. We had a wonderful time. It smelled when we arrived and since it was dark, we had trouble finding the unit because there were building numbers, unit numbers, and an address. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the resort areas in Kaanapali.

The property is along the first tee of the Kapalua golf course with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. It is quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Arrived about 2 hrs before check in and was accommodated w early check in.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, spacious and convenient. There were a few minor things that could have been a bit better such as limited hot water and a few things that needed some maintenance. All in all we had a wonderful experience.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, relaxing. But to many steps, they should tell people they have to walk down 3 flights of stairs. To much for elders. Need to spray for pests.

This was an amazing property! I highly recommend this place to anyone considering coming to Maui. The area was amazing, lots of restaurants near by, beach access and pool access. Just all around perfectly located, perfectly kept, quiet and lovely.

Property/units need TLC and maintenance. Our original unit had a/c issues, we had to move to another unit. Both units had soiled furniture, torn upholstery on furniture, mold in shower area and dirty carpet. The exterior and grounds are beautifully maintained - pool area was great! Communication with management team was professional and timely, they addressed all concerns and issues in a timely manner. Kapalua is a beautiful area, villas just need a little attention to bring back the luster.

"18B2 is a 1 bedroom plus loft not a 2 bedroom. "

Great view. Decent unit. Needs updated furniture for sure. Was listed as a two bedroom. It was a 1 bedroom with loft. A loft is vastly different than a private bedroom. Not the privacy we thought we were getting in 18B2
