"Honest view"

Plenty of parking on property. The check-in and check- out process was easy. I loved that they supplied Dove products such as soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. There was a mini fridge and mini microwave in the room. It was less than 10 mins away from college stadium where 7x7 football was being held over the weekend. There are a lot of resturant near the area to choose from to grab a bite to eat as you enter town. The hotel has an pool available. You have the option to order room service for extra charge.

The room was small, and no couch or sofa. The mini fridge froze my drink soild overnight the fridge might been set to cold.They offer standard basic contential breakfast. The ice machine was on the main floor next to elevator not on every floor. They charge too much for the room and the rate may have went up due to football event. The room should $160-$260 at most for two night.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites based on it's beautiful pool and location to UNI and Main Street Cedar Falls. The hotel has comfortable beds, is updated, and in a great location to access Cedar Falls activities. We were expecially pleased with the friendliness of the staff...they certainly were "Iowa nice"!!!

Checked in to have no heat and its 30 degrees outside, couldnt move rooms because they were full. Got a $30 discount but for having no heat it should have been a free night. Very disappointed in this since now 2 of the 3 people that stayed in the room with no heat are sick. Very disappointed!

The property was good the room was average in terms of cleanliness. One of the wood night stands still had sticky dried soda on it. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer.
