Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach

Great service and stay at the Hilton Bentley. I originally showed up at the Bentley Hotel which is down the street and the front desk agent Lavaris at Hilton Bentley guided me to the hotel by phone. When I arrived he greeted me by name and recognized my Hilton Diamond status. He immediately offered me an upgrade for my loyalty and explained all of the hotel amenities including my per day credit that I used for tasty lunch at Santorini! He was pleasant and patient with all the guest who were behind me also. Room was gorgeous and comes with two beach chairs and umbrella where I spent the day relaxing. Wonderful way to start a long weekend!

Great stay. We came in for a special occasion and got a great room beautifully appointed, we were welcome by Joel the Chef concierge who took care of us all weekend, recommended a great restaurant for dinner Call me Gabby and it will simply five star care by everyone. Love the neighborhood and the proximity to all.

The cleaning of the room was poor.

The club next door plays horrible music and you can’t escape it. Your room, pool and beach is saturated with bass. Be prepared for over crowded beach and no bar or food service.

My husband and I stayed at the Bentley Hilton for our anniversary and it was beyond lovely. They brought us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate which was such a nice gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious and the beach staff even brought us waters in ice to save us from the hot sun! 10/10 experience!

The Hilton Bentley staff went above and beyond to make my wife and adult daughters' "girls weekend" stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. They upgraded their room to an ocean view with a balcony and the accommodations were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The pool area is beautiful. When I called and asked to have wine and cheese waiting for their arrival, they asked what time it should be delivered and ensured every detail of their stay was excellent. The staff remembered me when I called several times with various requests. The Bentley made them feel truly at home. We can't wait to return for a couples weekend.

This property has two main problems: 1. The beach area is extremely cramped. In the hotel photos, it shows many rows of spaced out chairs and umbrellas but the reality is quite different. The hotel guests are only allowed to use the rightmost third of the pictured area. This means that hotel guests are very cramped together and unless you’re there first thing in the morning, you’ll be stuck far in the back, looking at the chairs of other guests rather than the ocean. Also, the other guests were openly smoking marijuana and cigars on the beach which was especially unpleasant in light of how cramped together we were. Finally, while the beach area is technically available until 5pm, the hotel crew begins a cleanup process around 3:30pm to take down chairs and umbrellas of guests who have left by then, and also to clean up the trash. This involves golf cart being driven around and chairs and umbrellas being stacked on it, and jt is very noisy and disruptive which makes it unpleasant to stay once the process is underway. 2. The hotel itself is quite noisy. There is a loud club next door which blasts thumping music all day beginning around noon. On top of that, the hotel restaurant has loud live music some evenings. And finally, there were constant mechanical humming noises in our room (it wasn’t the air conditioning because the noises persisted even when the AC was off). We really wanted to like the property but the problems above were quite significant and the property is also showing its age. So I would recommend staying elsewhere.
