Wow! We had such an amazing experience here. For starters, we received an email from the front desk staff (Melanie & Dalia) and concierge (Joel & Frankie) 1 week prior to our reservation welcoming us ahead of time and asking if there would be anything they could do to assist us with our plans and help make our stay memorable. Since they asked, I informed them that my husband and I would be celebrating our anniversary, and we would be arriving to Miami in the morning and would love an early check-in, if possible. (I should mention that we are Diamond members and are privy to early check-ins and room upgrades, when available.) The hotel emailed back that they would make note of our request and special occasion and also book dinner reservations for us. When we arrived to the hotel around 11am, we received another warm welcome from Melanie in person, as well as a room upgrade and the early check-in we were hoping for. A few hours later, we received an unexpected knock at the door, and it was Joel, the concierge, with a bottle of champagne on ice, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a hand-written card wishing us a happy anniversary on behalf of the hotel. We were blown away at the thoughtfulness and top-notch hospitality. Thank you so much for making our stay and anniversary truly special and memorable! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Miami.

My wife and I have stayed here at least 14 times over the past 20 years, I typically do not write reviews but was compelled to write one on this stay due to outstanding customer service. From the desk, to the bell, to the beach assistants....this stay was over the top on customer service. Not only has this been our top SB place ( at least 7 other places visited in SB over the years) we have invited friends to stay here as well and they always have been super impressed. It is on my bucket list to stay at their penthouse! Great large rooms, super easy access to the beach and classy guest. As a diamond member, this is one of my fav Hiltons in the US! Safe, clean and easy access to all things in SB.

My husband and I Love the Hilton Bentley!!! We brought my daughter and her boyfriend this visit and they Love it as well!!! The service and personal attention is amazing!!! The Ocean View Suites are awesome!!! The food at Satoriini is always fresh and delicious!!! This is now our Miami Second Home❤️
