Hilton Bentley South Beach was a great experience very nice beach club, comfortable rooms great location the Greek restaurant Santorini is very good and they deliver at the Beach Club whole experience was excellent.

My daughter and I had a short but fantastic stay at the Bentley. We were getting off a cruise ship and extending our vacation by a day. I requested early check-in but did not appreciate that I would be exiting the cruise ship at 7:45 in the morning. We got to the hotel by 8:30 AM and they graciously had a room ready for us. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to a beautiful room with a balcony with ocean views. Soon we took the short walk on the path to the beach where we were treated like royalty. Bentley beach club staff are there to set up your beach chairs and umbrella and provide towels and cold bottles of water. There is food and beverage service available as well. The water is clear and the beach is clean and beautiful. Later in the day we moved back to the hotel’s pool with a similar high level of service. The pool area is smallish but stunningly appointed in blue and white, making you feel like you’re on a Greek isle. We enjoyed a brief stop at the hot tub on our way back to the room - very relaxing. All in all - a fabulous day and I hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish, even before we arrived. We were in town celebrating a birthday and shipped decorations to the hotel in advance. The front desk team signed for the packages and kept everything safe until we checked in. We requested an early check-in so we could decorate, and Frankie at the concierge went above and beyond: he walked me through all the options over the phone and even came in on his day off to make sure the room was set up exactly as discussed. The entire staff was attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks for making our celebration effortless and memorable!

Good location to beach

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

This place WAS truly one of the best in South beach. But is slowing sinking and losing its luster. From a broken lift to doors that are difficult to close to just tired rooms. I have been coming here for over 15 years. The cost has gone up and that is fine but the experience has gone down. I am sure there is a search for balance. But it can’t be at the expense of the reason the place is great. The staff is more like a Hampton little to no help kind of put off at the ask for anything outside of check in or out. A quick no is telling vs a let’s see what’s possible..

The service is great and personnel is extremely friendly helpful and polite. Everybody from check in to pool attendants to beach club employees were very helpful and kind. Hotel is very clean fresh and is located in a great area . Will definitely come back
