Hotel is excellent. We stayed in 1 bed King suite with an ocean view. The view was partially obstructed by the building in front of us but had a perfect mix of the city and the ocean and was stunning. The room was large with a small kitchen. We never cooked.while we were there but the fridge was perfect for all of the waters we carried. The room and bathroom were immaculate and stayed this way during our entire stay despite the sand from the beach that seemed to sneak in with us everyday. Staff were alway courteous and never seemed to stop moving unless it was to share a laugh or check in on your meal. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Lastly, we had a couples massage on-site. Our massage was amazing.

The absolute best experience we could have hoped for. The hotel was awesome and all the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary trip perfect. I called Alex prior to arriving and requested an ocean view and they were able to make it happen! We had a gorgeous king suite with views of the ocean and as a plus we got to see all the cruise ships come and go out of the port of Miami. Andre was just as helpful, as this was our first trip to Miami I had tons of questions, Andre gave us tips on places to visit and nice places to eat. We also worked with Joel at the concierge desk, he set up an amazing boat tour of Biscayne Bay for us. We spent three nights there and we don't have a single complaint. The management team and staff know how to treat their guests! And to top it off, we were provided a special anniversary treat of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne!

As regular travelers to South Beach and Hilton regulars, I somewhat knew what to expect for our trip to the Hilton Bentley in July. Good location. Check. Nice room. Check. Friendly staff. Check. Typical Miami Beach high prices. Check. But overall, the staff of Orlando, Andres, and Henry helped make up for the premium cost by providing good customer service. My family enjoyed our room and view ( however, the non-stop booming music for Nikki Beach next door was sometimes unbearable), so we'll keep this hotel on the possible return list..
