GM Debbie was there to greet and check us in and was very kind to upgrade seeing that we had 2 young teenagers. We were given a room with bedroom and a living room with a comfy sofabed. Frankie was very helpful with any questions and looked after our luggage in storage on check out day. Room also had a mini kitchen with microwave and American Fridge with Freezer and cold water dispenser. Also had a small dining table with 4 chairs. Be careful when using Uber we mistakenly arrived at the Bentley Hotel and not Hilton Bentley. The outdoor pool was on the small side but was good enough for us. The South beach area is well facilitated with hotel chairs, water bottle and towel desk. The breakfast/restaurant area is located on the ground floor by the pool. Breakfast is a la carte which I can understand as there did not seem to be many guests eating. The evening meals such as Pizza is very good, only qualms is that they allow dogs in without leashes including XL Bully, this made my wife and daughter uncomfortable. The location is great if you prefer South Beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Nikki beach is next door. Despite this is it is a quiet sophisticated area. I will stay here again.

This by FAR is the Best Hilton Hotels we have ever stayed at. During our stay we had a few issues, but the hotel addressed them immediately. The hotel staff was amazing especially the Bellhop Henry was a 20 out of 10. The Customer Service at this Hotel is more then 5 star. We stayed in the Penthouse which was absolutely amazing. I will attach a few of our pictures. If you are in South Beach this is definitely the best place to stay during your visit to Miami. I spoke with the GM Debbie who was such an incredible person to speak with. We can't give this hotel high enough praises. They definitely went above, and beyond what is expected of any 5 star hotel. It may be a bit pricey, but it is worth every dollar you spend. Whether you are in the Penthouse, or any other room just know you will be well taken care of by the staff. The views of the Ocean side in the E building is breathtaking, and the private beach is a nice added bonus. You get 2 chair, an Umbrella, and a small bottle of sun screen per room. The onsite restaurant Santorini by Georgios also does their room service which was very scrumptious. We had them the night we got in for dinner, and then went down for breakfast the next morning. Everything about this hotel will just WOW you from the staff, to the rooms, to the food and drink, to the overall environment. We can't wait to come back to Miami, and we know we will always call this place home when visiting.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Bentley Miami—nice, clean rooms and a perfect location. But what really made the experience stand out was Melanie at the front desk. She was amazing: warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. If every hotel had a Melanie, travel would be a lot less stressful. Honestly, Hilton should give her a raise. That said, the staff managing the beach chairs and umbrellas could take a page from her book. Those guys were snarky, dismissive, and not particularly friendly, which was disappointing considering the overall quality and price of the hotel. A little courtesy and kindness would go a long way. Still, the hotel itself is nice. If you stay here, just hope you get Melanie at check-in—she’s a gem.
