"Luxurious perfection"

We rented 2 beautiful one-bedroom suites. They were beautiful, clean, comfortable and had stunning views. The staff wete kind and helpful in every way. The pool and beach service was top notch. We loved our dinner at Santorini. All in all, a perfect luxury experience.

Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have. -Enjoy it-

"Great stay"

Thank you to the staff who made our trip , my birthday special . Our rooms were very clean and pretty. We enjoyed the location close to great restaurants . We like getting our walks in on the boardwalk . The onsite Greek restaurants is one of our favs. Thanks to the front desk staff for a great visit.

"Staying in an old and dirty hotel managed by an racist who didn’t care needs of foreign guests."

Location

This was a horrible accommodation experience—this terrible hotel completely ruined my trip. On the first night of my stay, I discovered bedbugs, and the entire bed was covered in dust and stains. That night, the hotel reception moved me to a smaller room and assured me that the manager would speak with me the next day. However, the manager never showed up for no reason. To avoid completely disrupting my travel plans, I agreed to have the manager contact me via phone, but I have yet to receive that call. The hygiene conditions and service attitude of this hotel are absolutely appalling. I endured two nights of a nightmare-like stay, did not get to stay in the room I originally booked, and no one has negotiated any compensation for my losses. The hotel treats its guests with arrogance—making them bear all the consequences. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away for the sake of your vacation.

"A great hotel that never disappoints!"

We’ve stayed here more than a dozen times and it’s always a fantastic experience! The rooms are awesome - we love the location and the staff are the best! The staff always go out of their way to take care of us ! Henry at the door always remembers our names and welcomes us back each year! Michael the manager is always ready to help and gives us lots of TLC!

"Well run hotel and great staff."

Really great staff. They were extremely helpful when we had to change plans at the last minute, due to a medical emergency. The front desk personnel were very accommodating on my request for a specific room type. Can’t wait to return and enjoy the Greek restaurant in the hotel.

"Weekend getaway…."

Went for a little getaway with the husband. From checkin everything was spot on. This is a centric location with plenty to do around the area. The room was perfect and plus with amazing ocean views. Concierge was informative and his recommendations made our little trip memorable. I can’t wait to go back!!!
