The hot tubs were not hot enough, just warm. No easy way to exchange pool towels Chairs on the balcony are very worn

This was our 4th trip to Pollard Brook. The experience is always pleasant. Front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The condo is clean and well appointed and having a full kitchen is a plus. The location is one of the best parts of the stay. Restaurants close by, Loon, hiking trails and many other activities in the area. The daily activity offerings are varied and we have attended the free movies in the evening. Will be back for stay number 5.

The pool was very nice . The hot tub’s spectacular!!!! Was awesome to see the staff check the pools/ tubs water several times a day for ph and other balance. Locker rooms poolside were clean. Room was lovely!!!

Floor in kitchen portion of suite warped and should be replaced but had no negative bearing on our stay

My child and I stayed here to visit the nearby Ice Castles. While there, we also took the gondola up Loon Mountain, which is also nearby. Overall, we were blown away by the amazing value. We saved money by mostly cooking simple meals in the well-appointed kitchen, the fireplace was lovely after a day in the cold, and we had so much fun at the huge pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There was a Murphy bed for my kid and a huge bed for me, so we were both comfortable. There was even entertainment in the lobby and an opportunity to buy soft serve ice cream in the evenings. For those staying longer than we did, there was plenty of storage space in the unit and laundry facilities for guest use downstairs. We will definitely be back!

I liked how close it was to the town

When first arriving I went to put some dishes in the dishwasher, the dishwasher wasn’t emptied from the previous renters. The heater was really loud especially at night. The people above us had their tv blasting when we were trying to sleep, I thought someone was in the condo. The house keepers only left us one full thing of toilet paper. They didn’t even empty the trash from the previous renters either. I was disappointed in the service we received.
