We stayed here for a ski trip. Location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the Loon Mountain. We can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony which is very nice. The two bedroom standard suite is very spacious for our family of five and the murphy bed is easy to fold and unfold. I read some reviews complaining about the rooms are outdated and was a bit concerned before our trip, but turned out that was not the case at all. It really felt like a home away from home and my families really liked it. We also find the shuttle service and the activities recommendations and snow gear rental provided by the resort super helpful. The shuttle driver is also kind and even parked near the entrance of the lodge where we lived to make things easier on a snowy day (we have young kids). We will definitely come back in the future.

Nothing major, only very minor things so still a score of 10. We didn't find hand soap in the room. It took quite long for water to become warm in the shower in the change room next to the pool. The shower in the room was great though. It would have been better if there are breakfast buffet for guests to buy and more kids friendly movies in the cinema but it's no big deal for us.

Crafts were all full but the same people signed up every day and never showed up. Needs a better system securing some commitment.

"Beautiful New England area"

Very picturesque resort and area. We were there the first week of December. Even though we are not skiers we enjoyed our little one week visit. Make sure to catch Jack's activities presentation. He knows the area so well and will guide you to specific points of interest. He is the gem of InnSeason.
