Hotel un poco deteriorado

Has a lot of potential to be a great resort But it’s run down and in need of maintenance but the price you pay it’s good value for money It’s beach front access and has a bar that is opened until 1 am

Sigue siendo buen hotel, pero no es ni la sombra de lo que era hace 12-15 años. Falta variedad en las comidas. Las personas que trabajan ahí te tratan excelente, son muy amables y realmente eso es lo que más sobresale ahí.

creo que han dejado de mantener la propiedad y sus activos, hay mucho por hacer. el hotel solía ser unos de los mejores de isla margarita hoy parece muy acabado

The place is great to take rest, swimming pool and beach Friendly staff Management offered us to cook something if we don't like something

Fake advertising about restaurant - there was no 3 restaurants as advertised - we had chosen this place as we wanted to have choice on food. No dryer for hair in our room

Nice apartment, nice food, beautiful beach, nice pool. Let you have apartment keys early.

Not enough sun loungers at main pool, also if the few there were many broken. Customers leaving their towels on those that were there and not using them. We stayed New Year’s Eve and evening meal held in a different location which I wasn’t aware of as no signs to advise at entrance to restaurant.

Beach was good but furniture was outdated:(

Based on the profile on Booking.com the experience is not as great. The hotel is outdated and poor maintained. Lack of guests affected the service. On the profile there were 3 restaurants but in reality there is a very basic buffet outdoors. As presented like a 4 Starr hotel it gave met more hostel vibes.
