Hesperia Playa el Agua

The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.

The different restaurants it’s limitations menu and hot food was coldest

Good location, good facilities, has many pools, has good access to a good beach, good parking, staff were friendly.. we even lost a phone but reception had it!

Some of the facilities were worn out or dated, the water pressure of a shower was very poor in one room but the other room had good pressure but no hot water, there were few hotel dogs which we believe are necessary to keep bugs or pests away but these dogs underfed and begged tourists when they saw food nearby

The staff is very attentive. The hotel is located near several beaches and important tourist places on the island.

There was a need to have a more varied menu with better flavor. The hotel infrastructure is neglected. We could not enjoy the pool that was in the area we stayed because it was not operational, we had to go to other pools.

Lots of room around the hotel near beach

Food was not good and flies on top of food everyday morning , lunch , dinner food was not covered over .
