Was told check in was 230, arrived at 230 room not ready told about 45min... I was in town for an event and had made ride arrangements around the 230 check in. We had planned on getting ready at hotel for the concert, I delayed our ride and dinner plans for an hour. While waiting received a call saying room wouldnt be ready then either probably another hour and a half...I requested that i just be allowed to cancel my room it wasnt going to work out...told we wouldnt be refunded for room. I told clerk where we were going and wouldnt be returning til late evening, they gave me a key told me nobody would be around and showed me where my room was and how to get in after hours. The key to outside door was same key to open my room. Didnt feel very secure with that being everyone else using outside door had same key. Room was clean, hot tub not so much, few of lights didnt work with switches. Very disappointed and it put big damper on our night as we didnt get to change or get ready for our concert. The staff day of check in and check out didnt seem to care that i was unhappy and would do nothing about it.

"Great stay, wonderfull people"

Everyone was great and very accommodating. On site food was fantastic. Room was cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Only one small complaint was the water temp in the shower fluctuates. Not a big deal though. Definately will go back again.

The Hotel manager was amazing!! She wore glasses, with a cat shirt, and a lot of sparkles!!!! She was so helpful and very professional!! I would come back again!!! ^_^ HORRAAYY FOR HER!!!

"Great getaway!"

Great spot to stay when skiing Afton Alps. Dinner was amazing. Caesar salad prepared table side was unique, fun - well worth it!

This place is IDEAL for a couple. I wouldn't suggest this place for children. It's beautiful. The staff SUPERB!!
