Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations – from the friendly and professional staff, to the comfortable and well-maintained accommodation, and the delicious food. The service was especially outstanding, with the staff being incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive at all times. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect experience.

Everything! The level of service is really exceptional at the hotel. I think they have absolutely everything what a person might possibly need ! I was amazed when they told me that they serve breakfast AT ANY TIME DURING THE WHOLE DAY! To me as a person who loved to sleep in the morning - this is fantastic 😁 I want to say thank you to the whole team , each and every one is super professional, but my very best gratitude comes to Gede, who made my stay absolutely special, told me a lot of interesting things about Bali and their wonderful traditions and was so caring and supportive all the way! Definitely come back and recommend this hotel 💜💜💜
