Verplaatsbare parasol, wilde graag in de schaduw blijven, dus kon maar bepaalde tijden naar het overigens heerlijke zwembad

اللحاف كان يوجد به بقع و طلبنا تغييرها اكثر من مره اتمنى تغيير نوع اللحاف و المغسله المتعامل معها، الحمام به رائحه مجاري خفيفه.

I'm fairly well travelled and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is excellent and the pool area is so relaxing. It is quintessentially Bali However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with such attentive and friendly staff, they accommodated all requests we had and the service was so fast. Genuinely some of the best hotel staff I have come across. Thank you to everyone at Unagi Suites for making our stay so memorable The next part is the food- the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff here are talented! Shout out to Dewa in the sky lounge who made our evening so great but he was one of the whole staff who made our stay so excellent Thank you to everyone here, we will remember our stay forever

Excellent service and super friendly staff. In particular Rika at the reception was outstanding. I felt like staying with friends there!

Simply everything was perfect, hotel stuffs are amazing and kind, we enjoy every single minutes while we were at hotel :) the view was amazing, hotel was superb clean, they did the cleaning everyday even tho we left the room too late. Whenever we asked for something they made it happen so fast.. Thank you for everything guys.

The staff were amazing, made the stay very memorable.

The only thing I think they're missing is a gym, but they do offer a yoga class.
