Location and the staff

We checked in and went to our room, hotel room keys didn’t work, when we got into our room it was filthy, the pool even had dirty toys, bugs and clumps of hair floating around in it.

I had an experience with roaches in Room #111 and I went to look at the room and I found roaches in the bath tub, in front of the tv, and in the beds and toilet. There wasn’t roaches no breakfast served and the walls looked like they just been pouched it up.

This place was completely disgusting there were roaches everywhere

The rooms was disgusting there were several roaches everywhere in the staff didn't do anything about it and they are fooling around about giving my $50+ security deposit back most likely will call the police and calling to help inspector immediately this is on a sanitary disgusting in dangerous place to be at

The only positive I have is that I received a full refund of my reservation fee and security deposit in a timely manner.

Everything. It was the worst accommodations I’ve ever experienced and we travel ALOT and usually stay on the cheaper end of places, this one takes the cake. I made a new reservation across the street for the remainder of the week during our first night there (still had 4 remaining) and moved as soon as we possibly could the next morning.
