Econo Lodge & Suites Clarksville near Governors Square Mall

Our room was filthy. Used comb on the nightstand, feces on toilet, clumps of hair on floor. This was the second time we have stayed at this location, first time gave them a pass thought maybe they had a bad day unfortunately seems like it is a standard.

Sure the place is in need of upgrades but reception area has incense of clean smelling. Room was comfortable. Staff kindness was very appreciative.

Nothing fancy. Clean but not new.

Upon entrance, I smelled cleanliness. Check-in kindness was very good; I did recheck room for cleanliness and a okay. Check-in guy asked several times in a concerned voice, how was everything. My stay was good. However, reading the reviews made me nauseous but God redirected my stay safe and was enjoyable. The area had plenty of entertainment. Traffic was a little busy but manageable.

There were guys there that was a little eerie. They spoked kindly.

This was the worst place I ever stayed at !!! There was mold and the disgusting the sheets, towels and bedding was gross had to keep going to front to get clean sheets after getting sheets from front desk . Also had one employee peeping thru windows . Was really pissed off . I would never recommend this place to anyone . Police were there a lot

Non smoking room and smell like smoking room ceiling leak over toilet a lot they try fix didn’t even offer to get move to another room .water was hot on sink no cold water faucet was broke .bathtub didn’t have a plug had to use a wash rag hold water .

We love the pool area and location that is why we always stay here. However. Our tv remote would not work. There was only two pillows for the two beds. Like one each for a family of four. Mold in the shower and the floor was leaving black nasty stuff on our feet. We expect more of this facility since we stay in it when we come to Clarksville. We may be changing our go to hotel after this stay. Also breakfast was horrible.

We always love the pool! Also the easy access to most dinning venues and right across the street from Walmart and just down the road from the mall.

Cost of stay was not worth the price.

The room the manager gave us, was not clean, when you first open the door you can clearly see the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, a lot of dirt, hair on the sheets, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, mirrors not washed. Turned the light switch on and nothing, no lights. I asked if they had cleaning products that they could leave for me to clean it or if they could clean it. They took me to another room which was cleaner, but clearly wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Manager told me to get my items and leave, denying me service. I am still waiting refund for my room. I was in town for a funeral, and had no place to go, I couldn’t even change my outfit for the funeral at the hotel. Manager was very rude and who ever he had with him, just stared at me with an angry look. Like he was trying to intimidate me. But I pay for a room, a room that should be cleaned. I get things happen, cleaners get busy, things get missed. No biggie, but this was the first time I have ever been kicked out of a hotel for asking for cleaning supplies, or for house keeping to come. I was only able to get a couple pictures, manager saw me taking pictures and got upset. My family witnessed the uncleanliness of the room.
