Comfort Suites Panama City Beach

The lobby was nice. We were able to check in early which was kind of them. Location was convenient.

The floors in the room were SLIPPERY. So slippery in the bathroom and entrance were so slick with and without shoes, and the room smelled like bleach- which at least I appreciate is clean. The carpet felt almost wet as well. The TV also didn't work which was more of an inconvenience but not the end of the world.

great location. Clean enough. Beds not too bad.

First of all, there was a musty smell the whole time. The air conditioner was old and rusted. Even though it appeared to have fairly new carpet the smell was there. paid for a suite room. Should have just got the regular room. You did not need that suite part. The couch and coffee table could have come from your local Goodwill or flea market. The couch was questionable. We just put our suit cases on it. The refrigerator was not bolted down so it slipped out of the shelf every time you opened it unless you braced the side while pulling. The breakfast was your typical motel stuff. It had no pool. I would have expected more for 235 a night. it felt like a run down roadside motel more than a vacation spot.

The air conditioning did not work properly. Hot all night in room. Asked to move rooms. Could not move rooms because it was full. No help to get anything fixed.

Only a short distance from beach Centrally located very conveniently located. Free Breakfast and clean comfortable rooms

The breakfast was ok.

This hotel is nasty. The bathroom has water damage. The carpet is old and dirty. My son had on white socks and we had to throw his socks away. The beds are old and hard. The pillows were nasty. The ham at breakfast was nasty. Milk only had 2%. The room had a horrible smell. The price didn’t match the quality. Definitely wouldn’t book this hotel in the future
