Other people knew booked & stayed at this hotel so it was convenient for us all to leave together to go places

Dirty, the a/c didn’t want to properly & the room smelled like mildew/mold, rude staff

Breakfast was ok

The staff was helpful and accommodating.

I love the fact that the location was in a very nice spot the hotel was very clean and nice.

I was not too happy with the staff The young lady at the front desk the night of booking was very rude she did not speak when spoken to she charged my card twice the night of booking and claim no money Was taken I showed her the payment that came out of my acct she really didn't care The next day I even asked to speak with the supervisor to make sure I got this taken care of and she said that her manager was too busy and she would have her contact me the day of checking out I was charged again I asked to speak with a supervisor she wasn't very polite about allowing me to speak with the supervisor. she claimed no managers was there Sunday for me to speak to one and said she didn't want to deal with my attitude and I definitely did not have one.I even tried calling the hotel to speak with a manager about the situation and so did my fiance however she hung up on him and myself. So I wasn't able to speak with anyone to get a refund I was double charged for my stay And I was only there because I had to have surgery and just getting out of surgery needed to rest and she was not a very pleasant person to speak with at the time of checking in. I don't know if she may have had a bad day but that's not a great way to treat your customers
