Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the hospitality and customer service was second to none. On arrival at the reception we were greeted by a friendly and informative member of staff who offered us complimentary drinks whilst checking us in. We even got a room upgrade overlooking the pool and a porter was waiting to take our luggage to our room. Our room was clean and presentable with a fully stocked mini bar and Turkish delish which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us for the first 5 days however the hotel facilities and entertainment staff lightened the mood. With the lobby bar becoming the focal point for most guests. That is where the customer service exceeded itself. One stand out member of the team was Ferit, whose tireless work ethic was something to be admired. We never had an empty glass!!. The main dining hall had a vast choice of food which catered for most appetites and again the service from all the team was first class. On a number of occasions we did use the à la carte restaurants which were not busy due to the time of year. But offered a different dining experience. The facilities in the hotel included gym, spa, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and games room for the kids. For those brave enough the beach was open with a lifeguard on duty. Overall we cannot praise this hotel and its staff highly enough with a special mention to the efforts that went into the Christmas Eve dining extravaganza. Thank you Akra Kemer for a superb Christmas holiday, we hope to visit again soon.

We stayed over Christmas for the first time and were a little bit apprehensive as been going to the same hotel in oludeniz for 15 years, we have already booked our return for September. Every thing from arrival to departure was excellent a great entertainment team lovely rooms great al a carte nothing is to much trouble for any member of staff they all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone and look forward to returning later in the year

The staff is attentive and the atmosphere relaxing from the moment you arrive. The bartenders are pros! Craft perfect cocktails with genuine smiles and insider tips, turning every part of your day into a highlight.

We visited Akra Kemer over Christmas, and everything about this hotel & holiday was outstanding. From the minute we entered the hotel to the minute we left the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The animation team are the best i have came across. Okan, Sila and especially our Tom.. Who made our holiday absolutely perfect. Couldnt ask for a better team, always going above and beyond for everyone. Fantastic entertainment and brilliant with children. My children were thoroughly entertained throughout the full holiday. The hotel itself is stunning. Very clean & well kept. Views of the beautiful mountains & the sea. Soo peaceful & relaxing. As we visited during winter, the pier, pool snack bar, swim up bar and a few different things were closed, but dont let that put you off as the rest of the hotel truely made up for that. The main restaurant was lovely. Soo many options to choose from at every meal time. Everything was cooked to perfection. Overall Akra Kemer holds a special place in our hearts now and we will be visiting again. Lots of tears on departure!

This was our first stay at Akra Kemer Hotel, and from the very beginning we felt that choosing this place was a great decision. Already at check-in, you could sense calm, good organization, and a high standard, and with each passing day this feeling only grew stronger. The hotel is very clean, both the rooms and all common areas. Our room was cleaned daily, thoroughly and without any issues, which gave us a real sense of comfort and ease. Throughout the hotel, you can clearly see attention to detail and cleanliness, but in a natural, non-intrusive way. One of the biggest strengths of this place is the people. The staff are simply fantastic, polite, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Whether it was the waiters, bartenders, spa staff, or the animation team, everyone came across as someone who enjoys their work and truly cares about guests. We were especially impressed that the animation team remembered our names throughout the entire stay. It is a small detail, but one that really makes you feel noticed and welcome. We stayed at the hotel shortly before New Year’s, and the decorations and lighting created a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was tasteful and well balanced, without being over the top, and in the evenings the hotel had a really nice, relaxed vibe. The à la carte restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was of a very high standard. We would especially like to mention Mr. Yasin. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly well taken care of. You could clearly sense professionalism, but also genuine human warmth. The bar offering also made a very good impression. The cocktails were well prepared, the alcohol selection was of high quality, and the service standards were consistently maintained, both at the pool bar and in the lobby bar. These were places where you simply wanted to sit down and enjoy a calm evening. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with the sea, nature, a clean beach, and a sense of peace, while at the same time being only about a 10-minute walk from the very center of Kemer. We look back on this stay very positively. Akra Kemer Hotel is a place where you truly feel care for the guest, good organization, and a high standard without unnecessary pretension. We left with the feeling that this time was very well spent, and we already know we will be back. Our next stay begins on January 31, and we are genuinely looking forward to it.

This was our second visit to the Akra Kemer & again we had a fantastic stay. All the staff are wonderful and friendly from the management to the cleaning staff who keep the hotel spotlessly clean. The waiting staff in the restaurant always very attentive making sure that you have a drink with your meal. My wife who suffers with celiac was well catered for with gluten free meals. Just a suggestion though a separate toaster for gluten free bread would avoid cross contamination with other breads. The entertainment team were brilliant, we enjoyed the rifle shooting & darts. The New Year's gala was a fantastic evening. As returning guests we were welcomed with a bottle of wine & nibbles & a welcome note in the room. Would we return? You bet, already looking to re book. This was my second Christmas at the Akra Kemer, I travelled with my husband and friends arriving during the early hours on Christmas Eve. I booked the deluxe suite which was absolutely incredible,almost as large as my house. There was a bottle of wine,sweet treats and a basket of fruit,plus a hand written message beside the gifts. This was one of the best Christmas’s that I have ever had, the staff go the extra mile to create the best festive experience. Tom and the animation team were absolutely amazing,I would suggest putting the extra festive activities on the app please,or on a notice board near guest services,I had to ask Tom what was happening and whenever I saw him,I was so pleased that I bumped in to him Christmas Day morning because he mentioned the Christmas cake cutting ceremony. This was so entertaining,Tom and the team were dancing in the bar whilst the cake was being cut and hot chocolate was served,we all had such a laugh, Tom was absolutely hilarious. I loved the evening entertainment,it was top notch usually starting at 21.00 in the bar area,or in the Jazz club at 21.30,perfect timing after dinner . I enjoyed the specialty restaurants particularly the Olive,however my only complaint is the time that the app is available to book at 8.00 am, I would have to set my alarm for 7.55 . It used to be midnight,this was no better, I was told that it was changed to suit families,this is fair enough however 8.00 is to early, I am on holiday I do not want to have to set an alarm clock to book a restaurant,? Change the time to 9.00 am please? I hope to return next Christmas ,I shall book as soon as the Sunexpress flights are open,usually March. I would like to thank the management and staff for being so kind,professional,and hospitable. As said in many reviews the staff make this hotel what it is, no wonder this hotel is so highly rated on Tripadvisor

First time in to visit Turkey AND wow. The staff, entertainment, activities, alcohol and food is very good. As family we had an excellent experience entertainment team specially Okan and Tom did the hotel extremely proud, with a brilliant team of waiters and waitresses left us wanting to definitely comeback for future occasions special shout out to Tongay, Falcon, Mehmet (Late night Lobby bar staff), Sinem (Buffet staff) absolutely brilliant always served with a smile on their face and looked after us very well.

We stayed at the Akra Kemer for the second time from Christmas 2025 until 01.01.26 and once again everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is amazing, very clean, with excellent food and a great atmosphere, and there is really nothing to complain about. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Tom from the animation team, who was outstanding and kept us entertained every day with his positive energy and great sense of humor. Thanks to him and the whole team, we felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday, and we would definitely love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Akra Kemer Hotel — the hotel was excellent, with a relaxed atmosphere, great room, facilities, and consistently high standards throughout. It is a place where you can properly switch off and relax. A special mention to Emir on the reception desk, who gave a masterclass in professionalism and genuine customer care, both upon our arrival and at every subsequent interaction. The food was excellent, with a wide and varied choice available each day, including the à la carte restaurants that we were able to book. The kitchen team clearly take great pride in their work, and the waiting staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made mealtimes a pleasure. The animation team were an absolute delight and a real highlight of our stay. Emrah, the Animation manager, stood out for his charm, positivity, and natural way with guests of all ages — professional, engaging, and clearly very good at what he does. The activities and entertainment were fun, engaging and well organised, adding another enjoyable layer to the overall experience. Thank you to Domfu, Tom, Okan, Mariana, and Sila — your enthusiasm and friendliness really made a difference and helped make our holiday memorable. Fatih and Savda, along with Pablo the toy poodle, did an excellent job at the mini club; they were patient, kind, and inclusive, creating a welcoming environment where children of different needs and personalities were actively engaged and made to feel comfortable and supported. The whole team brought warmth and energy throughout our stay, creating a genuinely welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The hotel easily deserves top ratings, and I would highly recommend it. Despite travelling out of season, we never ran out of things to do in and around the hotel — seven nights wasn’t nearly enough, so a return visit during the hotter months feels rather inevitable 😉.
