Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

This is our second visit to the Akra Kemer. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and a room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The hotel and staff are first class, we were lucky this time to enjoy the outside restaurants and experience the Luna bar, which was a lovely area to have pre drinks before eating in one of the ala carte restaurants in the evenings. The staff make this hotel so special and we would like to thank them for making our holiday special. See you in 2026.

All in all the hotel was a fantastic experience. My wife and I went right near the end of the season Nov-Dec, so we paid a lower price than in the busy season but that was perfect for us as we were looking for a quite holiday. Despite there being fewer guests the majority of activities were still available to us. The food choice here was fantastic, when we went their was some sort of business convention so we got to expierence the full spread of food in all its presentation and it was amazing. The customer service is next level here. The staff really try and cater for every need. If I were to add an area of improvement I would say the labeling for diartary requirements need updating as some food labels showed milk in foods that we suspect were dairy free, and foods that definitely had milk in said that it didnt. So if you have an allergy, just be extra cautious. But the staff and chefs are happy to help and explain so you only need to ask. My wife and I had the chefs make scrambled egg for us without milk as to not take the risk. They were more than happy to help. The entertainment team were really friendly and made us feel welcome. We did yoga in the morning, air rifle shooting and darts. Tom from the entertainment team was particularly good as he really came into his element in the evening. Watching him dance with the accapella group and genuinely look like he was enjoying himself was a delight to see and gave us good tips on where to go in Kemer and the wider area for good sights to see. The massage team were fantastic. To the point where we got two! Thanks for having us, we will certainly consider this hotel again in the future. Cheers, John

We went at the end of November and absolutely loved it! It's very (very) quiet that time of year but for us that was perfect. If you want busy or more of a party vibe I would go more in the season but if you're looking for a super chilled and cheap holiday then off season is great. We had some sunny warm days and also a thunderstorm (which we loved). The pier is closed and there isn't so much entertainment but there is still some live music in the lobby and I still swam in the sea during that time. Two of the pools were heated and the sauna was really nice on the cooler days. The staff were all very attentive and super nice. The reception and massage staff in the Spa were so lovely and so were all of the entertainment staff. But Tom has to have a special mention because he really was the best! We're not normally into hotel activities but he got us involved and was super fun to hang out with, you can tell he's obviously really experienced in the way he interacts with the guests. Just for his service alone we would go back 😊 Overall great place to relax and they even put balloons and wine in my room on my birthday which was sweet. My only constructive feedback is that they did offer to cater for our dairy intolerance at the buffet and a la carte restaurants but we did find some of the labels at the buffet weren't always right for example the same food would say milk one evening but not have it on at lunch, or would clearly be a dish with cheese or milk in it. We have intolerance so for us we just used common sense and found plenty we could eat but if you have a severe allergy I would talk to the kitchen before each meal as the labels weren't always accurate.

Wow wow wow! What an absolute amazing holiday - best holiday we have ever been on. Where do I start, the beautiful hotel, the food, the facilities, the pool and the wonderful staff! Everything was 10/10; not a single thing to complain about. From check in, to checkout everything was perfect for our winter weeks getaway. Seen lots of reviews about the food - can agree was amazing, especially the Olive restaurant- was the best food we have ever tasted, do not ever get rid of the chef!! We want to say a special thank you to the hotel’s superb staff: Tom the entertainer - top guy, always goes the extra mile, really engaging with guests, gem of the hotel! Mertcan - brilliant waiter, will do absolutely anything to make you happy, always smiley and welcoming! Mehmet - such a kind waiter, such amazing service. Few more honourable mentions - Halim, Sullymen, Nadir and Tanhem, all went over and beyond too; thank you for everything! You are all wonderful, so caring and always go the extra to make people happy. Without a doubt we will be returning! Thank you so much Akra Kemer - we will see you soon.

We have recently returned other fabulous holiday at Akra Kemer ( visit no23 I believe!) The reason we keep returning isThe Staff they are the friendliest caring staff we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is kept spotless by the housekeeping staff both inside and out. Thank you to Lutfiye who kept our room spotless. The main buffet restaurant was good for breakfast but I found the food at dinner was only lukewarm. Thank you to Medine who looked after us at breakfast. We had lunch most days at The Kumsal it has a varied menu of hot fresh food. Thank you to Kemal, Mert Can, and Kadir who looked after us there. We ate in all the a la carte restaurants, we had no problem booking them on the app. The food was good in all of them but the Olive is our favourite. There is a new chef in the Asian restaurant so the food is much less salty than it used to be but it is let down by the service which is rushed our main course arrived before we had finished our starter. We spent most evenings in the Luna rooftop bar Thank you to Yaren and Firat for their service. We always had a predinner drink on the Lobby Terrace Thank you Ferit for your service. The relax pool was freezing cold but the slide pool was heated so was good for a swim. We had great service from all the rollerblading waiters so a big Thank you to them. I had had trouble with my shoulder before we went on holiday Tolga arranged 2 massages for me with Hilu and my shoulder problem was solved. A big Thank you to Yvonne and her team at guest services who are always on hand to help with any queries you have. The new entertainment team are fantastic and have brought in lots of new evening entertainment which was great. They are not in the least bit pushy and are always happy to chat even if you don’t take part in the activities. We spoke mostly to Okan, Domfu, Tom, Gunay and Emrah. We had a wonderful time yet again and can’t wait to come back in May 2026. A big Thank You to ALL the staff at our Turkish home.

First time in the hotel , enjoyed it everything was perfect went there during school half time , it was a bit crowded, but still had the best time , it was great to see our fellow African sister she was kind and nice , had great chats with her , animation team had daily activities although we didn’t engage but they kept people entertained the whole day, there was a good band on Friday , accapela group , the location was really perfect. We are hoping to call again next time.

Our 4th time at this hotel. As always great food, lovely room. Wonderful jetty. Yes sunbed wars are out, but we are early risers and the sun rise is Wonderful. Yet again a great holiday with Wonderful friends. Thank you.

We visit Akra Kemer for the 2nd time this year, in June it was the first time. I never see such a beatiful Hotel, so clean, nice food, all people are friendly, good service !We felt very welcome! We come back for sure, especialy for the animation team. Wow what a nice stuff, especialy Tom, what a friendly and genuine guy is he. Always in for a talk, friendly and always waving when he see us. We could always ask him everything. The best animator we see in all our holidays. He deserve promotion, we give him 10+ We look forward to come back again.

Overall hotel provides a good experience for a very reasonable price. Cleanliness is very good but there are one or two little quibbles in the details, but nothing to worry about. Food - many people have said it’s amazing, but it really isn’t. Have had better food in other all inclusives but this is the best I’ve had at this price point, it is really amazing value. It’s all a decent quality and plenty of it. The staff are, overall, amazing and ready to make your holiday a little special. On a side note, avoid Turkish school holidays as it gets incredibly busy and the staff cannot cope, the service really takes a nose dive. Can’t comment on the entertainment, so won’t try. If you’re facing the pool area and the entertainment is outside, you won’t be getting to sleep until midnight, even if you want to. The noise is horrendous. It’s fine once the entertainment moves indoors. Reception are great and give all the help you need. Luna bar (cocktail bar and adults only) is nice. The cocktails are good as long as it doesn’t mean them just mixing something together. Pina Colada was vile and other drinks unpalatable. Leaving aside the noise it’s a good holiday for (at this time of the year) very little money (yes, I know that’s objective). Certainly could get anywhere close to this in the uk and certainly wouldn’t get the lovely sun. Enjoy your stay, don’t eat too much.

Our family vacationed at this hotel for 10 days. We came here for the first time, mainly because of the reviews and decided to see if it was really true. Although we arrived in November, we were pleasantly surprised that the food remained at the same level, as in previous hotels during these months, it was simply for show, not for well-fed, satisfied guests. Regarding the entertainment on this vacation, we met a wonderful animator, Maryana, who engaged us in all the activities, especially volleyball and mini-golf. Maryana is always ready to help, always telling us what we have. on the program in the evening and during the week, and always with a charming smile. We would like to especially thank the bartender, Yaren, who does her job very well. She is a very kind and responsive person, always with a smile on her face, and always does everything quickly and professionally.
