Quick and easy check in.

A/C in the room did not work, only blew hot air. Had to open a window multiple times throughout the night to cool the room down. It was about 90 degrees at one point. The wifi was out and cell service was not great but that was just an inconvenience.

The lobby was recently updated and the room was clean. Convenient location right off the interstate.

The room was not comfortable. The walls were thin and the hallway was noisy late into the night. The front desk staff was not very helpful.

"Not quality I expected from a Best western."

Food was dry and old. Potatoes especially were hard,dry and seemed old and reheated. Sausage was chewy and poor quality.

Hallways were moldy smelling and carpet on stairs was loose and I almost tripped going upstairs. Carpet in hallways was worn and dirty.

"Disappointing."

We showed up only to find that the air conditioner was broken, the hotel carpets were smelly and dirty, and the toilet would not stop running. When we brought up these issues, they only gave us the option of an additional room at full price, on top of the cost of the original room which we couldn't stay in.. We did not stay at the hotel, but had to find another place last minute after a long day.
