Dream Single House

The shared bathroom was a room with 2 shower curtain partitions that havent been cleaned in a long time and a sink. During my stay, the sink pipe broke. Hot water supply was great, kitchen amenities were homely, room was small but cozy, good for solo travellers. I'd stay here for 1-2 nights but i wouldnt stay longer. Location was convenient to get to the bus stop, and the bus to the airport stops there. Travel to Gangnam/Seongsu/Hongdae is about 1h by public transportation, Myeongdong around 35min. The area felt safe, I had no problems coming back late at night.

二度目の利用となります。交通の便が良く、コンビニや100均も近いので嬉しいです。今回チェックイン時刻が遅くなってセルフチェックインとなったのですが、直前まで親切にメッセージで対応してくださいました。前回の利用時に比べて、シャワーの排水口が詰まらなくなっていて良かったです。多少古い/狭くても良いから宿泊費を抑えたい方にぴったりです。ありがとうございました！

またソウルに行くことがあったら利用したいです

Nothing was as in the pictures - I will attach my own. Please take a closer look at them! We spent few weeks in South Korea and tha Dream Single House was only Nightmare on our way...

It's SCAM. We have booked here four nights but escaped after an hour:/ The photos of the object were made maaany years ago. Now it is dirty and unclean. As we arrived we get five "dream" single rooms. Two of those were cages without even a small window. The air con wasn't working, so you can imagine the atmosphere - more like in India slum than Seoul. There were many topics that deviate from the description on Booking. I will say only that: beware! It's a dirty hole in the wall not worth your time and money...

The location has many cafes and supermarkets around, but it's far from most of attractions and universities. The building and the families are old but all clean and functioning.

It's hard to control the temperature and humidity in the room; noises during the night; bed is really small, if you're taller than 170 cm, consider not to stay here.

寝るだけなら安くてよかったです エアコンがカビだらけ、お風呂は水捌けが悪いので足元に水が溜まります 他の部屋がうるさいと自分の部屋にも音が聞こえます 交通便はよく、すぐ近くに飲食店，コンビニもあるので便利でした。 寝るだけ短期の時のみまた利用したいと思います。

Everything you need as a traveler is here. You get to have your own bathroom in your own private room, at a very reasonable price, which is RARE in Seoul. There is a shared kitchen too, complete with facilities. The shared toilet is not a problem since there hasn’t been a time that I waited for one toilet to be vacant. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The nearest subway, Boramae station, is just about 7-10min walk from the accommodation and connects very well to the places of interest in Seoul. There is a convenience store nearby, a coffee shop, and restaurants too. After a day of excursion, it is so good to come home to a private room. :)

Gostei da forma como fui atendido. Mandaram mensagem orientando sobre o auto checkin e deu tudo certo. Fica perto de parada de onibus e trem.

ソウル市内にバスで近い、室内写真と違います。窓がなかった。凄く綺麗とは言えないが、値段の割に綺麗だと思う。設備は悪くないです。安いのでまた使いたいと思いました。
