Dream Single House

The rooms are small, but for the cheap price, it's good. Having a shower in the room was nice, but using shared bathroom/toilet was not. You need to ask for room or specify when booking it online. The bed was particularly uncomfortable for me, as I had a bad back. However, buying mattress topper and asking for more blankets helped. Personally, I didn't like how hot my room was, but I usually prefer it cold. I had a hard time finding the place, but once I did, it was easy and transportation is good. 3-8 mins away are buses and subways, respectively. Places to eat, a park nearby, and good medical clinics nearby. If I could suggest a couple of things: use fabric softener on towels and linens, and use air fresheners in public spaces (at least). The best part of Dream Single House was the staff and service. Very helpful and kind. Very good place to stay if watching your budget!

전형적인 고시원. 장기 숙박에는 적합하지 않음. 공용 욕실이 있기는 한데 샤워하고싶은 분위기는 아님. 마음 편히 씻고 싶으시다면 차라리 도보 왕복 3~40분 거리에 동네 목욕탕이 있어 그쪽을 추천드립니다. 고시원 베이스다보니 침대 매트리스가 너무 불편했습니다. 허리가 너무 아파서 옷을 허리에 깔고 잘 정도. 가격과 위치가 좋고 진짜 숙소에 오래 머무르지 않고 거치는 정도라면 충분히 견딜만한 숙박업소입니다. 겨울에는 난방이 미니 온풍기 하나밖에 없어 좀 힘들었습니다.

寝るためだけの部屋。この値段で個室なので文句は言えません。シャワーはついてましたが使いませんでした。スタッフさんはフレンドリーで優しかったです。寒さも特に感じず駅もコンビニも近く快適でした。潔癖の方はキツイかな。

Great, before going there i was little scared about how clean it would be there etc, but i was really surprised, the landlord was really nice, the room was pretty and clean so i felt like home, the room is small but since i am a person who isnt good at cleaning, it was just adequate for me:) the equipment in the room was also great, even tho it is really cold outside i was never cold in there There was a heater, hairdryer, mirror, fridge.. you got slippers to wear at home and everyday you could get 2 towels, they were clean and not smelly, the toilet and shower was also clean I was scared at first because i am not used to toilet and shower that is not "mine" (other people also using the same toilet) but actually, it wasnt a problem in the end Kitchen was also well equipped and you could drink there clean water as much as you wanted I was planning to stay there just for a week, but i ended up staying there 3 weeks I used to stay in many gosiwons, one rooms,.. but i could say that there it was the best

かなり不衛生。簡易宿泊所といった感じ。韓国はトコジラミの流行が問題になっていたため、心配になった。
