Dream Single House

Have private bathroom inside the room but shared toilets, because the building is old so some facilities may look old and wall in bathroom is mouldy but is really worth for price as in Seoul is really hard to find single room with this affordable price. And here provide free luggage storage because I travel to another area of Korea and will come back to Seoul after 2 weeks, the staff was allowed me to store luggage for free!

I stayed for 27 nights, the air conditioner was broken on last 7 days but didn’t repair for me. However the staff got provide me the small fan and also asked me to move to other room but because I am too lazy and I only stayed in the room in the morning and night so I just stay with broken air conditioner

This is the second time I stayed here because is hard to find another single room with this price and with free luggage storage as I travel to another area of Korea and will come back to Seoul after 1 month, the staff was allowed me to store luggage for free! I stayed for 21 nights, the air conditioner was broken on last 7 days but I didn’t inform the staff as the weather is getting colder so the air conditioner is unnecessary

For the price and location the place is great. Having my own fridge and shower in the room were a very nice bonus. A quiet place where you get to have privacy.

It's not as clean as you'd hope for. In addition to that, sewer smell in the private bathroom was quite strong at times.

The place is close to the station. It's a short walk from the station. Quite convenient, next to the road, near GS25, near restaurants. There is an elevator up to the accommodation

The room size is not very large. But it's enough for staying alone. The condition of the bathroom is a bit old. Feels like a student dormitory. But all of this didn't have a problem during my stay.

Shared shower but with only a shower curtain that didn't even close properly to divide the showers. Very dirty toilet and bathroom. Room was dusty and not very clean.

the room and bedroom are clean, even the room is small, but enough for one person。
