Moving to the center takes quite a while

The location is very convenient, close to two metro stops and a lot of buses. I loved having a small fridge in my room, and even though the rooms are small, it didn't feel cramped. The staff is super nice and helpful. The price of the accomodation is quite good.

It is a bit old and not the prettiest place.

Enjoyed having a/c that I controlled in my room. It chilled the room quickly. The security of the entrance was good, the only thing is that everytime someone leaves/enters you have hear the beeping. Kitchen ware essentials provided, a mini-fridge is provided for your groceries. It was very quite, well insulated walls to keep noise down. Enjoyed the free access to the laundry, and if needed a dryer (for a fee) but the drying rack is a nice (free) addition. Water system for cold water or hot water. Room was small but still spacious. The cabinets and shelving to unpack your luggage. Enjoyed the desk to eat at. Has an elevator so it's accessing for those that need. And just nice to not have to haul your luggage up the gloghts of stairs. Next to various restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores. Located near bus stop and metros. Bed was nice and firm. The hallway is kept clean. And the bathrooms (for the girls dormitory) seemed well maintained. They are addressing issues from past posts. They installed a privacy screen in the girls shared bathroom. I read that folks felt uncomfortable with hiw open the bathroom was, but they are fixing faults.

A deep clean in the kitchen is severely needed, old cooking oil and grease from cooking is coated along the kitchen backsplash. I booked a room with a private bath. Staff needs to actually clean the private baths, my bathroom had several months worth residue of not being washed. Didn't speak to house manager Jack about this, because ecen if someone was sent, i doubted their standards would meet mine. So I took it upon myself to clean the bathroom to my standard so I could use my private bath. Molding within the private shower, kept my shower fan throughout the day to neutralize the mold smell. Sink was clogged from past guests hair build up in the drain. Again, didn't speak to the house manager, but fixed the issue myself. Couldn't brush my teeth without having a buildup of water due to clogged pipes. Staff needs to be more detailed in cleaning and not cleaning superficially. When pa king up to check out, found old remanents of pasts guest trash (it was paper but still) littered under the bed. Just further proof proper cleaning is overlooked greatly. Cleaning standards need to be implemented and raised. I say this but I don't want to depicted a dirty place, it's just certain areas are neglected. With the information I've filled out Booking.com is rating this place a 7, I'd give it a solid 6 due to the cleaning standards and practices I experienced during my stay.

Very cool little goshiwon style place in a nice and chilled part of Seoul. An excellent price and I would definitely stay there again. Many thanks!

Only few days, Location and price is really good. Really close to subway station. Workers are kind.

I know there is CCTV in the place, but during the electrical repairs, I was told that the door to my room would be locked after the repair, but when I came back, my door was open. This bothered me because my personal belongings and expensive electronics were in the room. and my room no air condition there is a air-machine its too noisy :(

It’s a nice place if you want a private space for more than a few days. Price is quite cheap even compared to some Hostels in the city. It is a bit far off tho.

My chair was quite used and not that comfortable anymore. Under my bed was also quite a bit of rubbish left from earlier guests. The shower is quite open so don’t expect too much privacy there. Overall the facilities are dated which I guess leads to the cheaper price. I can recommend it to people who aren’t too picky and value a small private space above newer facilities
