Dream Single House

Very friendly, helpful staff!! Did their absolute best to solve an issue which occurred during my stay. Hallways and shared facilities are also VERY clean! easy check-in and check-out procedure.

Ran into some trouble with the room, staff did their best to find a short term solution but it did make my stay a lot less comfortable... Rooms could benefit from some fixing/renewing mainly, and maybe a good deep clean. (although they weren't super dirty or anything)

The location has a Daiso, GS25 and some nice coffee places for you to make use of. Also very close to 2 subway stations. But that's about it.

Everything else. The property itself is hot and not very tidy at all, especially the kitchen and bathroom which were both covered in empty bottles, wrappers etc with dirty floors and walls to complete it. My first night was horrific, as the air conditioner (which is placed right above my bed) began leaking onto my sheets and pillow at 3am, I had to resort to asking the guest next to me to use his hairdryer to dry them in his room, because the plug outlets in my room stopped working. The WiFi was also broken the first couple nights. The beds themselves are tiny and seemingly made from concrete with the most pitiful and cheap excuse for a blanket to "help" you sleep, don't expect any. I would say this is a decent option if you're on a tight budget, but I charged £90 for 7 nights which even seems ridiculous considering the state of things. To conclude, this is just another accommodation run by 1 or 2 people which desperately needs more staff, these sort of places are typical in Korea. But you get what you pay for, just don't expect it to be good.

バス停と駅から歩いてすぐで、コンビニや100均も近く、大変便利でした。スタッフさんも大変親切に対応してくれました。少し古いですが共有キッチン・シャワー、ドライヤー、無料Wi-Fi、タオル貸し出しもあり、コスパが本当に良いです！多少古い/狭くても良いから宿泊費を抑えたい方にぴったりだと感じます。また韓国に訪れる際は利用したいと思います！ありがとうございました！

掛け布団、敷布団ともシーツが無く色褪せた感が大。タオルもかなり使い切った感があつた。スタッフさんは親切だったが、料金なりと思う。

There is a private shower in the room which is really convenient and the staff is pretty nice. Also it is located really close to a subway station.

The air conditioner in my room is not working and they put a fan in it but the fan is pretty noisy. Also there's stain on the mattress.

Bad maintained and super old. It needs definitely an overhaul. Weird smell in the bathroom too. Staff is friendly and nice, good staff but worn out accommodation.

バス停が近いのは便利でした。 廊下にみんなの洗濯物が干してあり、共有部分のエアコンはついてないので、生乾きの嫌な匂いがします。タオルも薬剤の嫌な匂いがする上、ゴワゴワでボロボロで小さいです。私はバスタオルとティッシュを近くのダイソーで買いました。 部屋によってはティッシュがあったそうです。 キッチンもトイレもシャワーもゴキブリが出ます！ 窓無しの部屋がほとんどで、換気設備はあるけど作動してなく、ものすごい嫌な匂いがします。 部屋のコンセントは1ヶ所でエアコンもそれに繋ぎます。部屋の冷蔵庫を繋ぐとベッドをコードがまたぐことになります。騒音がすごいので、部屋の冷蔵庫は使えませんでした。コンセントが断線していて角度によっては充電が出来ません。 シャワーのお湯が故障で出ない日がありました。 排水溝が詰まっていて、汚水の池ができます。 他の部屋はエアコンが壊れてて使えなかったり、エアコンから水が漏れベッドが水浸しになってました。受付はずっと人がいなくて最後までオーナーには会えませんでした。

Great host- very welcoming, had so many tips for Seoul and the area. Room is tiny but clean and in good condition. Very good value for the price, would definitely come back!

Location is very convenient, you can take airport bus to come hostel directly and bus stop only 2 mins far. Also there's many subway stations near by. Having single room is so comfortable and it wws clean also having kitchen is an advantage. You can use all stuff in kitchen but for the laundry you need to pay reasonable price.

Shared bathroom wasn't that clean and taking a shower wasn't comfortable since the drain doesn't work so it was like a pool haha but its the only negative thing about this hostel! I wanna stay here again!
