Nice place, nice stuff, good location 👍🏻

Everything about it without the Aircon! The staffs were helpful. I annoyed them with my questions but they happily responded to whatever I asked. The place was clean and they were cleaning everyday. The kitchen was also clean to use. Loved the whole place. As it was my first travel outside my home country, I felt really good living there and everything was just so close by, such as marts, GS25,7/11,Daiso and subway station and bus stations.

The Aircon service. It wasn't working so they offered me a room without a shower room but I had to decline as I wanted a shower. So I took the next door with a shower but the air con wasn't working either. It was such a good place without this problem only!

駅近、エレベーターあり、各部屋エアコン利用できるので満足。値段に対して十分と感じております。3度目の利用のため、ファブリーズやミニ扇風機持参。気になるところはまず清掃しました。相変わらずシャワーは水がたまります。また利用予定です。

The rooms were very comfortable and nice, and I especially liked being able to control my own AC unit! There were signs in multiple languages, and the owner was also able to answer any and all questions we had. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but nice place to stay at when visiting Seoul!

As other reviewers mention, the bathroom shower has a tendency to clog, but if you've ever lived in a college dorm room, it's pretty much the same. Just wear some shower shoes (which the property provides!), and you'll be fine.
