Sunbreeze Hotel

This was our first time to Belize and wasn't sure what to expect. The location is right across the street from the airport, so although very convenient, it was quite loud at times with planes taking off/landing often, but I would say wouldn't be a showstopper for me. I can't say enough about the staff. They are the most pleasant and helpful staff. I will admit, being an American I'm spoiled by ice water...and to my surprise, they had an ice maker always stocked with ice. It was one of those open 'scoop' ice makers that always make me a little nervous, but I trusted it and everything was quite fine. They also have filtered water in the room and in the lobby so I was NEVER without my ice water. It seems silly but was very important to me. The food was good/ok. Italian night was very good. I would recommend the pizza for sure. They held our luggage for us. The only thing I wish they had was discounted gold carts or transportation options. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel with great and accommodating staff. I came here to scuba dive and was impressed with the dive staff and their concerns for safety. The dive sites were super nice. Also the breakfast was very good and fulfilling for our busy days.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Location is in the center of town within easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. There is a great restaurant on site. Wonderful views of the ocean from most rooms and the pool deck. The staff are very friendly and are able to assist you with information and reserving day trips, fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips. We feel like family.

It is very nice hotel but l am was upset there was no iron in the room how it can be expensive and very nice hotel there is no iron in the room

amazing place!

The Sunbreeze Hotel exceeded everything we were looking for when we booked to come to San Pedro Belize. Right across the street from the airport made it especially easy when we arrived and left. The room was huge, big bathroom and shower, and having the chairs to sit outside the room and enjoy the air. The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful when we asked questions, booked excursions, and asked about currency exchange. Being in the centre of everything was fantastic ... we walked everywhere (restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy) as everything was close. We didn't need to rent a golf cart to do anything. Secret Beach you need a cart, but we will do that next time. Having the dive shop on site was a big plus as it was wake up, have breakfast, then go dive. Blue Water Grill right on site ... really good food. My wife and I definitely recommend coming here. Except when we come back ... I want to make sure we have a room. :D

I will srart with the bad, on about day 4 of our stay we had a wierd leak from near the toilet that the crew immediately investited and fixed, but the floor remained wet from a very light leak from somewhere. Was so insignificant we didnt even report it the 2nd time. Everything else was perfect. There is a restaurant that is prettu much attacjed, right on the neach, walking distance to everything in San Pedro, and we never found it challenging to find parking for our golf cart. The airport is literally across the street, im talking 10-15 strps from the front door. However, even with that, very quiet very relaxxing and the staff will help you locate and arrange anything the Beautiful Country of Belize has to offer. Stay here, best quality for the cost, trust me... i compared and even after seeing the more expensive spots... we were not missing out. Plus you can go to any resort to eat at their restaurants or enjoy thier amenities for a fee; but we never needed to. Go and enjoy.

the convenience of the proximity to the town and airport made our trip so easy. The staff were so very helpful and friendly it was amazing to meet such nice people.

Always my favorite place to stay in San Pedro. Friendly staff, clean rooms, central location. Great restaurant, bar and pool.
