Nice rooms

Opened face mask, toilet was not screwed to floor

The rooms were dirty and benches were sticky.the pillows were stained yellowalso sircon did not work fan in the bathroom didn't work fridge was dirty on the outside. other permanent guests were yelling and arguing and slaming doors we didn't get the room we booked

The resort is no resort its run down and very rough was very disappointing. as I book through your company a lot

They displaced some poor woman so as I could have a bed the 1st night. There was a tshirt on the bottom of the pool the whole week I was there. The room I eventually got had an empty cheetos box, chewing gum stuck to the door near the handle and what I could only assume was sperm on the glass of the pictures. Rank.

Just the location

The place is soo dirty, sheets were not changed, receiptionist rude and arrogant,bathroom not clean , utensils dirty. Touch points not done, doors terrible curtains and sheers worse very dirty the hotel itself looks unkept, tired, rusty , just absurb

Location was close to shops for everyday items.

Very run down and didn't allow kids to play on the "playground". Our booking was double booked and there was a threat of not having accommodation which I'm not sure if that's the resorts or booking softwares problem.

too much noise, children are screaming and we don't feel safe
