Restaurant attached was excellent

We found we were double booked when we arrived and after much discussion staff allocated us a room, 36. This room had faulty power points, no main light, no tv, fan was either off or on full, fridge had no shelves to fit tall items and when I tried to slide the shelf out to make room the shelf couldn’t slide out as the door couldn’t open wide enough to allow it to come out. Air conditioner didn’t work. I met up with Scott, the gardener, and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He brought a TV for us and when the power point didn’t work he brought a power lead and also a mat to cover the lead so we wouldn’t trip over it.

Liked the fact there was a restaurant attached - which was excellent. The pool was good. Room was clean.

The second bed in our room had collapsed legs and when in use you rolled off the side and into the wall. It was noisy at night and while we were in the pool area children living at the resort were throwing rocks etc. into the pool.

The room had all the basic needs. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The place did not exactly look like the photos. It was more run down. That doesn't mean that it wasn't clean and tidy, but it is a little misleading. The showering was the only thing I would really change. The one in my room was awful.

It is promoted as a resort but the reality it is cheap motel. The rubbish in the shared areas are not collected daily. Is prohibited to smoke but it smells cigarette everywhere. Chairs outside the room very rusted. If you booked a double bed room but there is a single too, they tell you to not use it as you will get extra charges.
