"Won't be staying again."

The location for us as it was near our family who live in the area.

The overall condition of the facilities needs attention. The wardrobes doors did not work - unable to hang clothes in the cupboard. There was no air con remote & when you turned it on it was warm air. The playground is falling apart & overgrown with weeds. The holes in the bathroom ceiling had masking tape applied to it.

I started to cry on arrival. I could not believe how disgusting this property was. I will never book through Booking.com ever again. The picture in the advertisement was a lie.

There really wasn’t anything I liked about the property.

The photos are nothing like what the property looks like. It’s very out dated, wasn’t cleaned, dirty towels, was told we had an upgrade not sure what the room would have been liked if we got the room booked. When we got to reception note on counter to call which I did. Finally someone came in a crop top and leggings. No uniform, no small talk, nothing to sign, no id check. People smoking out the front of their room and having to walk past with a baby. I thought this was now illegal to smoke. The pool looked nice but no shade area for families to sit under shade to keep an eye on their children, play area you couldn’t play as it again had no shade and a massive dog bone in there.
