Nothing — everything was wonderful!

Our room was great: large, good seating area, light, nice balcony with view, excellent bathroom, very clean; quiet location ; the breakfasts were amazing and the staff/owner were lovely. Would definitely recommend to friends

Limited choice of restaurants nearby and steep walk to town centre.

The service and views from Villa Oriana Relais were top notch. The breakfast was made every morning and based on the weather they set up the tables in the patio with a beautiful view of Sorrento below. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous and serene. The Villa partners with the hotel next door and can utilize the shuttle to easily get into town. Never an issue getting a shuttle as it ran back and forth every hour. This Villa is a hidden gem!!

Went with family and Villa Oriana Relais treated us like family. Maria baked cookies for my kids every morning and in shapes that my son enjoyed like cars and boats. When we had to get laundry done urgently, staff took our laundry on a scooter to get it to the laundromat. They helped us make reservations, answered all our questions. The breakfast each day was wonderful. My daughter and i spent our afternoons on the terrace by the pool. We could request snacks and drinks from the kitchen using WhatsApp! It was tranquil, peaceful and enjoyable.

Villa Oriana is such a special place for us, Maria and her staff make you feel like family. This was our 4th visit and we made use of the newly refurbished roof terrace. The shuttle bus from hotel Christina was a game changer for us and at only 2 euros each way saved a hot walk back from the centre. As usual the homemade breakfasts were amazing. What a beautiful, lovely place Villa Oriana Relais is! My best friend and I were greeted with such warmth and Maria and her staff couldn't have been more lovely. They took such good care of us and you never wanted for anything. Coming down in the morning and seeing Maria's beautiful display of pies, quiches, etc. put a smile on everyone's faces. The view of the Amalfi Coast while eating outside on their balcony was breathtaking and just starts your day off perfectly. The entire villa is immaculate and the rooms spacious and so comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will tell all my friends and family about it. Thank you everyone at Villa Oriana for making our first visit to Italy so memorable! Merryl & Susan

We felt blessed to have found this wonderful villa for our recent stay in Sorrento. Our family of 4 stayed here 7 nights. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and we really enjoyed the amazing views from the common areas off the kitchen and the rooftop. We felt very secure and secluded in the gated property lined with lemon, orange, and olive trees, which was a nice contrast to the bustling city center. But the best part of our stay was the wonderful owner, Maria, and her family and colleagues. They made us feel like extended family. They got up very early every morning to make the most special homemade baked goods with fresh ingredients (I think my personal favorite was the lemon caprese cake but it’s hard to pick one). Maria and her sister were so thoughtful about baking Nutella biscotti for our boys and even went the extra mile to provide a demonstration on how to make it ourselves. Having hosted many times at my own house, I can truly appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that went into the beautiful breakfast service (personalized "Home Away From Home" placemats, flowers, serving dishes, and much more). The staff were always extremely receptive and got back to us right away with our many requests, both before and during our stay (assisting with dinner reservations, taxis/shuttles, etc.). Some evenings, after a long day, we elected to get takeaway/delivery and had our dinner on the rooftop during sunset, which they were also very helpful with (e.g., they provided plates and utensils and assisted with ordering). I also enjoyed the Aperol Spritzes they made for me overlooking the breathtaking view. In case it’s helpful to others, our favorite restaurant in that area was O’Parrucchiano (reserve a garden table ahead) and our favorite activity by far was renting a boat - - the first time we took a ride around Capri and saw all the caves and had an amazing lunch at a waterfront restaurant that was only accessible by boat. We liked it so much we did a second day, later in the week, to Amalfi and Positano (we used 'Amalfi Coast Dream' for both days and were very happy with them). I truly hope we can return to Sorrento and to this villa in particular! Thank you Maria and family!
