I had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place! She was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience feel warm and personal. The room was spotless and very comfortable — you can tell she takes great care in keeping everything clean and cozy. One of the highlights was her homemade breakfast — absolutely delicious and made with love! Thank you, Maria, for such a lovely stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others. Everything about this place was perfect! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the handmade breakfast was absolutely delicious. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful details. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a bathtub and everything you could need, and the facilities were excellent. The villa is located up on a hill, which gives it an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that you can’t get in the center. We truly enjoyed the quiet and the scenery — it made our stay even more special. The service was perfect, and we’ll definitely come back!

If I really have to mention something, it’s that the villa is about 1 km from the center. For us, it wasn’t an issue at all — we loved the calm and there are frequent shuttles to the center anyway.

The villa is beautiful and the hospitality of Maria and the rest of the staff are beyond amazing. From the ocean views with Mt Vesuvius in the background, the delicious homemade breakfasts every morning and close enough proximity to town to walk, I cannot recommend this villa enough! Out of our 2 weeks here in Italy, this was easily our favorite spot and we will certainly be back!!

I usually don’t write reviews in websites, however this time I could not resist writing about this secret gem ( Villa Oriana ) It’s a gorgeous villa with a fantastic sea view & owned by Maria and her management team ( Marica ) They both are great hosts and went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. From personal greeting to homemade breakfast daily, restaurant reservations and private car arrangements . We started our stay as a villa guest and checked out as a family . Grazie from our family of 8 Sonya Davis .

We loved our stay at Villa Oriana! Location was so close to down town Short cut to walk to main attractions and port. This Villa is so well maintained with such a kind and caring owner and staff. Atmosphere was homey and beautifully decorated . Rooms were clean and spacious. Owner Maria was high light of our memory of our trip. We travelled with 3 other couples and one of our friends had cold. Every morning Maria had made him special juice of lemon and other ingredients to make him feel better. My other best highlight was all her home made breakfast she prepared , and baked for her guests. I will definitely love to re visit her place . The value was so reasonably priced. Highly highly recommended!!!!
