Floors were dirty , our feet were black from the floors , smelled of mildew & mold , spout on showers only half come out , toilet lid not fastened , , pastries on breakfast bars outdated by a month , staff was friendly though , run down

Breakfast subpar. Room not as clean as could be. No blankets in room. Place seems to be falling apart inside and out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the Covered parking. Rooms were decent. Nothing fancy but beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have any elevators and you had to walk upstairs with your luggage. The stairs are too many, but it was enough for my friend that had bad days.

outdated, toilet didn't work, pool was dirty, all the Danish were expired, bed sheets were really old, not worth the 200 for night and when I went to tell them the toilet didn't work, the guy handed me a plunger and said it's in the policy they don't do that, just WOW

Breakfast and coffee should be set by 6am not 830. Need biscuits and gravy. Maybe some hash browns

I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM AT 5AM NO STAFF ON DUTY AND NEW SHIFT DID NOT GET THERE TILL 745. NO ONE TO CALL NO ONE TO ANSWER LOBBY LOCKED UP . NOT HAPPY I PAID WAY TOO MUCH TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN MY ROOM.

My mom & I stayed here one night before our cruise. It isn’t a terrible hotel, definitely outdated & could use some renovating. We didn’t experience a problem while stating. The breakfast included little boxes of cereal & pre packaged danishes. We decided to stay here because it was cheaper than other hotels, but I’d say for the price we paid…The hotel overall isn’t worth the price!
