This is a very old property and all rooms are on 2nd or 3rd floor with no elevate. Not handicapped accessible.

good location, we use it so we can keep our vehicle parked there during a cruise

the facility is outdated there is no elevator, all room are on 2nd or 3rd floor

Very run down. Room smelled moldy. Would not let anyone in lobby until 8am hoping for a cup of coffee as our room coffee pot leaked everywhere.

I liked that they replaced the breakfast area furniture. The old stuff was awful.

They have blue tarps on the roof and pieces of the tarp are falling off everywhere.

Old building that should be totality rebuilt to accommodate the present lodging amenities of the 20th century being located at the entrance & exit point of the Galveston ferry depot. The lodging rates not don’t measure up to the accommodations or amenities of present day times.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Went to McDonald’s.

I feel like the price for the hotel is in line with what it offers and it’s location.

Didn’t have a coffee pot in the room. Told the lady at the desk and she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t address it. Had to purchase a small coffee pot at Walmart—left it in the room.

Price and beds were extremely comfortable.

Needs updating.

Cigarette burns in curtains - room smelled - poor location had to uber everywhere (no fault of hotel) Staff was nice
