This place is beautiful, charming, cozy, clean, and quiet. It's just a short walk from the market. The owners are incredibly helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our 5-night stay.

"Beautiful peaceful stay."

Beautiful and comfortable hotel a short walk to night market. Our room was quiet and had many charming features.

Upon checkout I learned that breakfast was not included and that I owed 900 baht that I was not expecting. I encouraged the owner to be more transparent about the situation.

Location, clealiness, the comfortable beds, the constant availability of bottled water, the attention to details, the pooooool, the kindness of the staff. The bikes were perfect to visit the town !

Beautifully decorated interiors and quiet, but not too quiet, very nice property indeed! Also the bakery on the first floor is magnificent! Very good service and flexible staff.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice decoration by the owner. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Room is a good size and enjoyed having a bathtub. The sheets, bath accessories all seems to be very high quality.

There isn't much comfortable lounge space if you're into hanging out somewhere other than your room.

It's a very pleasure stay for me and my family during our first visit to Chiang Mai. The host and hostess have been very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is not inside the old city but very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the night market we visited couple of times. Overall, I was very glad and lucky to choose this hotel. Thanks Nan and her husban for the great hosting, see ya.

The host were very helpful and nice! The place was cute, quiet and clean. Love the bathtub 😊

The location was a bit far from all the restaurant if you are walking. But it was worth the walk 😊
