Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff.Spotlessly clean.

Great location and real homely feel. Once of the most comfortable beds and great clean rooms. Very close to the night market and easy access to the bike rental shop. Stay here if you want to be away from the bustle of Nimman area. Highly recommended for families and couples. The Owner is really sweet and always around to help.

Wifi had some connectivity issues through our stay. The owner tried to help, but i guess some issue with the router.

The property is so beautiful! You really feel at home . It was so comfortable, clean and the ladies take such great care of you . Breakfast was delicious and their Kombucha is amazing! Will definitely return .

Nothing it’s the perfect place

This is an incredible place for family, it doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel but with relatives and friends. Every single thing is being taken care of and the outcome is just the perfect stay. Will again return and stay at the same place. Best stay, best bakery and best drinks ! I wish I could stay for a week more as it just felt I’m staying at friends place where everything is being provided with warmth of friendship and care.

Very clean and good looking place with beautiful rooms. Convenient elevator and very good coffee with a premium selection of beans. The lady receiving us was very kind and helpful. We felt very welcomed 😊. Nice balcony and view, spa bath is also good 😁.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful location & place to stay. Nearby the old city, everything on walking distance. It is as if you find a treasure, high quality! Such friendly people, very helpful. Arranging taxi to visit the most beautiful & nicest places. Everything was very very clean. This is the place to stay if you visit Chiang mai.

The location of this property is on a nice clean quiet street near walking distance to the Night Market plus restaurants. Staying at this location, there are no traffic jams and it is effortless to get around to other places in Chiang Mai. I came here with my daughter as a graduation gift to her and we are having a really good time with the service and the kindness of the owner of this hotel.

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are restaurants and bars all very close by.

Fantastic! One of best hotels we have ever stayed in - the room was superb, the staff lovely and cleanliness was excellent - great location too - we will stay there again next time we return to Chiangmai
