Great hideaway in the centre of town.

Excellent historical feel and appearance. The staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating. VIP welcome and complimentary drinks were perfect. Restaurant was awesome and food was delicious. If I come back to Mexico City I will definitely book my stay here.

So friendly, stunning old building. Had an elevator, often they don’t. Excellent breakfasts.

It was great! Stayed in the presidential suite and it was well worth it! The hotel is modern yet it has a classic antique fill. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Service and staff were great. Good location if you’re looking to explore downtown area within walking distance to many historical sites and museums as well as very good restaurants including Tezontle at the rooftop of the hotel!! Highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful and easy to access. Its location in the corner of a square off the main streets makes for relaxed taxi pickups and drop offs. I used the hotel’s transportation service from the airport, the driver was communicative and ready for pickup ahead of schedule. Check in was seamless - instantly hospitable, quick, with no surprise fees or deposits. The staff were warm and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, I really enjoyed the combination of a rain shower head with a wand. The L’Occitane bath products were a pleasant surprise. The bathrobes in the room stood out as especially cozy. Walking to the Zocalo and Templo Mayor was easy from the hotel’s location.

The temperature of the hot water in my room (219) was pretty cool, but tolerable - this was not an issue in the other room we had reserved (217).

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si uno quiere visitar el centro histórico sin tomar transporte público. Las habitación son muy bonitas con camas muy cómodas. Tuvimos que hacer cambio de habitación a una sin vistas a la ciudad debido a una manifestación en la plaza de enfrente con música muy fuerte. El personal hizo el cambio en seguida y de manera muy amable, a pesar de que mi esposo ya había tomado un baño. El desayuno era a elegir a la carta por lo que no se desperdicia comida y es suficiente. La comida del restaurante Tezontle es muy rica y más bebidas tienen un toque distintivo. Comimos dos veces ahí y las dos veces quedamos satisfechos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer late check out lo que permitió que nuestro bebé descansará antes del vuelo. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

En la zona de enfrente del hotel puede haber manifestación los fines de semana lo que puede ocasionar mucho ruido. Pero eso no esta en manos del Hotel. Hubo un detalle con la propina del desayuno en el restaurante, sin embargo la gerencia tomó acción.
