Breakfast choice was excellent and the staff awesome. The Tenotzle restaurant was upscale mexican cuisine which we enjoyed twice during our stay, although the wine was expensive. You could not ask for a better location right near the metro and bus however you could walk to the Zocalo easily.All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing is it was a bit noisy at night. I don't know if the staff were cleaning at night or what?

Smart - but form over function - nothing worked

Drugs being smoked outside the door so the lobby stank of dope Room had a lounge outside so was noisy Construction going on above cieling late into the evening No hot water - bathroom too complicated Staff aggressively unhelpful

Location was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great quality breakfast and good service his serving staff. Hotel restaurant Tezontle was outstanding. Room and hotel were fabulous. Great location also. Worth coming back for another visit.

Only issue was that our room was next to the stairwell, so we heard some early morning noise from the staff that disturbed our sleep.
