Sehr aufmerksamer Service! Lage zu den Geschäften sehr gut. Gut für Passagiere die dort eine Kreuzfahrt beginnen. Da das Hotel auf der anderen Seite des Flusses liegt, gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle mit dem hoteleigenen wassertaxi. Sobald man an der Haltestelle wartet kommt er rüber und holt dich ab!!! Perfekt!

Leider ist kein Strand in der Nähe, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Aber es ist sowieso viel zu heiß zum laufen.

"Poor regard for hotel residenrs"

Location

There was excessive noise due to the hotel hosting a live music event until 0200. The hotel agreed to refund me 50% of the cost of one nights stay. They said it would be done through booking.com. The whole event showed no regard for hotel residents

"Stay somewhere else."

Good location in the centre of town and close to the cruise terminal .

No lift and no staff to help with bags . Requested help but nothing happened.Ordered cold food snacks from the bar, that took 45 minutes to arrive. A private function on the second night of stay was so loud it was impossible to sleep . The room was directly above the function, when we complained we were told there was no available rooms to move too . It is fair to say that we were advised by a note through the door on the evening of the event but this offered no help. The staff were plentiful but surprisingly absent when you needed anything . The room was ok but tired . Overall I could not recommend staying here , if you have a choice go somewhere else .

Nothing

The property is dated . The food was bad … and the staff were incredibly slow. There were barely any guests and yet barely any staff around to serve existing guests ! Also there was an event that lasted until 2am....disrupting sleep since the bass sound travelled across to many rooms!
